In 2015, this company was founded on a single idea: “to eliminate the stereotyping of Mongolia associated with nomadic lifestyle and culture”.
Surely, there are a number of possible methods and ways to get the nation known besides the typical stereotyping, right? What’s more absurd is that of all the possibilities, our founders believed in the idea of **Technological export from Mongolia...**
Fast forward to today, the company has 10 years of history in the pockets with a plethora of achievements domestically and globally, and already have become 260-people-strong, give or take.

AND is a mixture of humans with diverse backgrounds. Even though the company consists mostly of Mongolian nationals, you will find people from other regions of the world from time to time.
Most of the guys at AND have working proficiency in English, if not better, and some can speak multiple languages. You will encounter people from 20 to 50 year-olds, from “clean paper” straight-outta college graduates to subject matter “guru”-level, deep knowledge experts, and of course, jacks-of-all-trades as well.
