Whisteblowing Guideline
Here at AND we do not tolerate stuff that are against our values, beliefs, and morals. If you see something or receive information that is out-of-the-line, report it so that actions can be taken for amendment. The People, for the People
Introducing the people behind our people known as the People Ops guys. These fellows bring in new people, bid farewell to some people, manage and coordinate stuff, organize stuff, suggests you what you can do, warns you what you shouldn’t do, also help you navigate the complexity known was the "employee experience" while you are at AND. Beware though, they are satirical and might smite you if you refer to them as “HR”.
In regards to who does what, and how they can guide you, a bit more details entail:

Namiraa -
the "Chief"
Our Chief People & Culture Officer. She is overseeing the whole picture on a broader spectrum, providing strategic direction and guidance to all human resource staff at group of companies at AND.

Ari -
the "Policy Framer"
Is responsible for documenting and developing internal policies and frameworks, as well as handling compliance related matters. Ari is the go-to person for reference documents for AS staff. If you have inquiries regarding internal policies, you should approach Ari.

Namuun -
the friendlier "Policy Framer"
is also responsible for the development and implementation of internal policies and frameworks. She is also guiding the LendMN HR team and implementing group wide policies.

Bolor -
the "Hiring Maestro"
is the main person for AG Tech recruitment and hiring efforts. She can provide you with reference documents if you are AG Tech staff. Moreover, she can answer all your health-insurance related questions.

Tergel -
the "Explorer"
is responsible for company business objectives and teams' alignments and synergies. She will frequently connect with employees to discover issues, risks, and frictions between teams at AG Tech. Therefore, if you are approached, you are encouraged to discuss openly. She also coordinates our international teams in the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Enkhmend -
the "Connector"
is handling the whole employee experience from the start of your journey to end of your chapter at AND. This includes onboarding programs, training and development schemes, as well as major and minor events such as ANDCon and CTF. One a side hustle, she handles recruitment and hiring at AS. Have inquiries on training request or a happy hour? Enkhmend can definitely provide you with some pointers.

Budkhand -
the "Office Manager"
She is overseeing the completeness and comfort of your surrounding a.k.a the office. Also, she can help you with CAPEX related issues. Need an electric plug extension or an external keyboard? Budee is your savior.
